The founders of A2A saw the need to establish a set of core principles for its organization as a means to collaboratively focus upon objectives pertinent to the business needs of our clients (figure 2). True to the spirit of the company’s collective approach in planning and performing operations. Our combined business philosophy draws from the hedgehog concept framework as established by the author Jim Collins (2001) in the novel “Good to Great”.

We established our philosophy in a similar manner and as a team. The passion statement represents our business fervor toward service on behalf of our client. The success drivers are key motivating principles that fuel our engine toward accomplishing our passion statement. The question, “In what can we be the best in the world?” embodies our over-arching goal for all operations we undertake.
