A2A (Analysis to Action) is an innovative company with a diverse expertise base ranging from integrated logistics to intelligence support activities in support of contingency operations worldwide. We expertly support an array of clientele that includes Business-to-Government (B2G) and Business-to-Business (B2B) operations to private large-scale consumers.
Established in 2010, the founders of A2A are accustomed to supporting the Department of Defense with combined international contingency experiences in operations supported throughout CONUS, Central and South America, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Central Asia in the fields of Security, intelligence operations, logistics management and consultation, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) management and consultation, acquisition planning for force modernization, Human Terrain System(HTS) research and analysis activities, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), ethnographic support analysis and execution, Intelligence Support Activities (ISA), New Equipment Training (NET), Systems Integration, Engineering, IT network administration, and Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) technologies.
The A2A management team has established a methodology of support accomplished by thorough analysis deeply rooted in the principles of project management and Six Sigma; providing tailored solutions for its customers and its internal operations that hinge upon Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and cost-saving courses of action following a five-step paradigm of an analysis-to-business solution approach.
The founders of A2A together provide their customers a wealth of experience totaling approximately 40 years of combined military experience. As operators and veterans themselves they remain in tune with the difficulties of maintaining and supporting the Warfighter with a diligent focus upon continuous process improvement while maintaining quality of service and operational synergy.

We achieve granular development of programs that address integrated capacities across inter-related or indirectly-related systems. Among our data collection methods are: consultation focus groups and surveys, mixed- methods research, field experimentation; control group interview and analysis, descriptive design, and ad hoc analysis. The results are superior synchronization of projects or programs for large commercial/industrial scale operations required between OCONUS and CONUS offices.
