Founded in 2010, A2A (Analysis to Action) Integrated Logistics is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), 8a certified SBA program participant, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) innovative company structured to support a wide variety of Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial operations. Leveraging from our expertise within the realms of the Pharmaceutical, Medical Surgical Equipment and Supplies, HealthCare Staffing, HealthCare IT -Technology based within superior logistics support and supply chain management we have grown into a full-spectrum products and services provider with a culture based within organizational excellence.

The founders of A2A together provide their customers a wealth of experience totaling approximately 40 years of combined military experience supporting contingency operations abroad and nationwide throughout the USA and its territories. Anthony “Tony” Bryant

CEO of A2A Integrated Logistics

Anthony “Tony” Bryant is the President and CEO of A2A Integrated Logistics. With over 20 years of dedicated service supporting the Department of Defense, he is a disabled veteran whose career spans Human Intelligence, Special Projects, and Logistics Support operations. His expertise has contributed to critical missions across Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia — including Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), Operation New Dawn (OND), and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) in Afghanistan.

Mr. Bryant holds an impressive academic background, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University, a Master of Arts in Teaching Foreign Languages (MATFL) from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and multiple master-level certifications in Project Management, Agile Contract Management, ROI Methodology, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt (SSMB) from Villanova University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language Education from Fayetteville State University (UNC-FSU). A proud member of the Project Management Institute, Mr. Bryant is also a dedicated father of four children.

Johnny Davis

Senior Program Director, Health Services and Products

Mr. Johnny Davis is our Snr Director of Programs – Health Services and Products. Overseeing the various programatic needs of our Direct To Patient programs, Allied Professional HealthCare Personnel Services and Mobile Phlebotomy Service Teams (MPST) nationally Johnny is a true asset to the team. His government background includes With over 25 years’ experience in several industries, he holds several national and internationally recognized certifications in Safety, Quality and Operations working directly with government and commercial customers managing complex contracts with over 600 technicians supporting over 15,000 government agencies at home and abroad under austere conditions.

Johnny brings an unmatched expertise in managing and executing complex project work, program and project management plans. His leverages in his background executive experience working with government and commercial custom software applications to meet dynamic ever-changing needs and requirements. As a Program Manager Johnny has proven himself a subject matter expert on interpretation and execution of Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) monitoring and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) achieving customer satisfaction under extremely austere, remote conditions and contingency operating environments.

His most recent experience includes managing several projects under government programs reporting directly to the C Suites, reporting, monitoring, coordinating and facilitating work of vital programs for multiple subordinate contracts valued at over 450M.

Manhal Elyas, PhD

CTO,USA

Dr. Manhal Elyas is our Chief Technology Officer. His diverse professional experience over 20 years working at the C-Level of Technology architecture support within the Finance, Health Care, Industrial, Education and Government sectors. A former DA Civilian Dr. Elyas has direct experience supporting government operations in the USA and contingency operations abroad throughout the Middle East, Central Asia, and Europe. He is regarded as an expert by many in the industry specifically within the foci of Computer engineering, management of engineering design, contracting, and complex construction projects..

In addition to being a Six Sigma Black Belt, his education includes: Ph.D., in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University. M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad, Iraq. B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Baghdad.

Mr. Sean Heileman

VP of Total Quality Management

Sean Heileman is our V.P. of Total Quality Management. He brings over 20 years experience to our team designing, implementing and leading award winning quality programs within the medical, aviation, technical manufacturing, and logistics industries. As a Six Sigma Black Belt Level practitioner, the application of his expertise has resulted in significant return on investment for many companies over the years as well as the coveted Shingo Prize award demonstrating his commitment to organizational excellence.

He possesses a BS in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Univ and is the proud father of two (2) children.

Dr. Kelechi Onyiriuka

Snr V. P. of Pharmaceutical Operations- Global

Dr. Kelechi Onyiriuka is the Snr V.P. of Pharmaceutical Operations – Global at A2A. He brings a plethora of industry experience and expertise in regulatory pharmaceutical services, pharmacy compliance and oversees the organizational accreditation and policy framework of the company. Leveraging over 20 years of tacit industry knowledge; he is an expert at Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Managed Care, Distribution & Pharmacy practice, Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), pharmaceutical compliance, insurance compliance, Federal and State regulatory compliance.

Dr. Onyiriuka works directly with our distribution, manufacturing, and other strategic partners within the pharma industry to design and execute best in class contracts and service to our government and commercial clients. His education includes a Bachelors in Pharmaceutical Science from Elizabeth City State University, an historically black college/university (HBCU) and a Doctor of Pharmacy from South College.

Isaiah Bryant

Vice President, BD & Sales Operations

Mr. Isaiah is our Vice President of Business Development – Sales Operations. He possesses over 8 years of high stakes sales management operations experience in wellness & health supplements, and IT service industries. Isaiah has successfully integrated his experiences with systems and IT services architecture design and management to successfully manage inside and outside sales initiatives across A2A services and product offerings. Prior to joining A2A Isaiah employed his sales and customer account management skills to become a top sales manager.

Through the skillful organization of company offerings he developed product and service families creating specific customer-centric value streams that focused upon maximizing quality and meeting intimate customer-voiced requirements real-time nationally and internationally. Within A2A, Isaiah has consistently exercised our continuous process improvement methodology while leveraging his unique analytical experience to produce wins for the team and push the definition of excellence higher with each customer engagement.

Debra Rodriguez

Dir. Customer & Vendor Relations

Debralen Rodriguez is the Director of Operations – Healthcare & MedSurge, her specialties include: Process Implementation & Optimization, Market Expansion, High-Level Sales, and business analytics. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in International Finance (BSBA), University of North Carolina, Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies with a minor in Japanese Studies, Daigaku University of Fuchinobe, Japan.Dr. Kelechi Onyiriuka is the Snr V.P. of Pharmaceutical Operations – Global at A2A. Carolina Batista

Snr Customer Service & Order Management Admin

Carolina Batista is our Snr Customer Service & Order Management Administrator. She possesses over 10 year’s experience in Healthcare Administration and Service Support. Her most recent positions prior to joining A2A included patient care and service management, care coordination / operations, research and analysis support in private and state healthcare environments.

She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt with expertise in customer service, data management, analysis, sales support and regulatory compliance. She is also the proud mother of two (2) children.

Carolina Batista

CS-OR Manager & Corporate Compliance Administrator

Carolina Batista is our Customer Service Manager and Corporate Compliance Administrator. She possesses over 15 year’s experience in Healthcare Administration and Service Support. Prior to joining A2A honed her skills in patient care and service management, care coordination / operations, research and analysis support in private and state healthcare environments. Leveraging the tacit knowledge she gained over the years prior to joining A2A, she has successfully worked successfully performing as a multidisciplary leader spanning Customer Service and Order Management, Quality and Compliance in A2A’s home state, 35 states and US Territories of licensure, accreditation and several government agencies. In her position she consistently ensures customers and stakeholders can verify A2A along with its credentialed staff members and vendors maintain a “ready and active” compliance status to perform its operations nationally and internationally.

Over the years Carolina has worked here way up the ladder to the position she now holds within A2A which ensures the cross-fertilization of talent, skills and service for superior outcomes.

Amber Carrasco

HR Recruiter / Credentialer

Amber Carrasco is our lead HR Specialist / Recruiter Credentialer. She possesses over 8+ years in HR within the Health Care industry in support of insurance & benefits management, Human Capital management, and as a certified Behavioral Health Case Manager. In her most recent position as an advocate for patient care she made a national impact in spearheading a unique ‘direct to patient’ initiative by leveraging qualitative / quantitative resources and implementing new case management solutions to execute the methodology.Carolina Batista is our Snr Customer Service & Order Management Administrator. She possesses over 10 year’s experience in Healthcare Administration and Service Support. Her most recent positions prior to joining A2A included patient care and service management, care coordination / operations, research and analysis support in private and state healthcare environments.

Her efforts impacted the quality of life for thousands of patients within the continuum of care for major health organizations. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt with a BA degree in Public Administration and HR from FAU. She is the proud mother of one (1) child.

Leo Popov

Lead Customer Service

Leo Popov is our Lead Customer Service Rep. He possessed three (3) dedicated years of category and customer service support for medical equipment, supplies and pharmaceuticals. Leo also serves as an assistant technical writer and reviewer.
He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt with education in advanced statistics and mathematics. Originally from Russia, he is fluent in several languages and acts as lead translator in conferences that require support in his native language.

Leo Popov

Lead Customer Service

LSSB, CPHT

Leo Popov is our Lead Pharmacy Technician nationally certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and a Senior Customer Service Rep facilitating and serving A2A’s customers nationwide and internationally.
 

Leo possesses over seven (07) years pharmaceutical, Medical-Surgical and customer service experience and leverages his formal education and experience of category and customer service support for medical equipment, supplies and pharmaceuticals. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Leo facilitates and drives quality initiatives in a “floor up” approach while focusing upon Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) across the company healthcare verticals.,

Gabriel Curtier

V.P. Business Development – GovCon

Gabriel Curtier is V.P. of Business Development specializing in socioeconomic set aside opportunities in Government Contracting. Gabriel assists A2A customers meet their participation goals positioning A2A as a preferred prime contracting partner. Gabriel is a former student athlete for Marymount California University where he studied Criminal Justice and Homeland Security.

Mr. Curtier has acquired almost half a decade of experience dealing with small businesses in the federal marketplace. Mr. Curtier is a loving brother and proud Uncle to his two (2) nephews.

Christel Rodriguez

Senior Customer Service Technician

Christel Rodriguez is our Senior Customer Service Technician. She brings over 10+ years of specific healthcare industry experience where she has honed her skills specifically in support of home health services working her way up through the ranks beginning as a caregiver herself to executive support and now as a leader on the A2A team. Christel oversees the customer service and order management team at A2A tracking and facilitating the needs of customers ranging from healthcare service requirements to product order management.

Her experience in case and record management provided her with a keen insight to the benefits of dedication to organizational excellence as a true advocate for patient care. She has leveraged her unique skillsets to facilitate superior patient outcomes making a national impact for the agencies and organizations she has supported.
